Man Utd manager refutes Man City claims that the championship is already won

Manager Sir Alex Ferguson could not prevent Man Utd from losing at Wigan on Wednesday
Manchester United manager Sir Alex Ferguson says he believes the race to win the Barclays Premier League is still very much in the balance.
United lead neighbours Manchester City by five points with only five matches remaining, with United losing at Wigan Athletic on Wednesday and City thrashing West Brom on the same night to reduce the gap from eight points.
In the aftermath. City boss Roberto Mancini said he did not think United would drop five more points, but Ferguson says their battle for the title is far from won just yet.
"The twists and turns of the Premier League are just fascinating"

"I think he [Mancini] picked the wrong time to say that," said Ferguson, who has won the Premier League 12 times with United.
"There are still five games to go and the twists and turns of the Premier League are just fascinating."
United had won 11 out of 12 matches prior to their surprising 1-0 defeat at Wigan, the first time the Latics have beaten United in the Premier League in 14 attempts.
City, meanwhile, put their shaky recent form behind them to hammer West Brom and seemingly haul themselves back into contention, especially as they still have to entertain United at the Etihad Stadium on Monday 30th April.
Ferguson says he is not worried by United's small blip, however.
"We have to put it in a bit of perspective," added the Scot. "You drop points in the second half of the season - we have done it most years.
"There has been an odd year when we have gone on a long run without losing - the Treble year - and another one where Ruud [van Nistelrooy] scored something like nine games in a row.
"A couple of years back, we lost 4-1 to Liverpool and still won the League by nine points. You do drop points on the run-in. City and ourselves have both experienced that.
"But the great part of our club is that we do recover, and we have to recover from Wednesday. From the position we were in a few months ago, to where we are today, we have to be delighted."
City face Norwich at Carrow Road on Saturday, with United hosting Aston Villa at Old Trafford a day later.
