Sir Alex Ferguson prepared for his side's weekend win over West Brom yesterday by travelling to France to watch Lyon beat Lille on Saturday night. The Manchester United manager is presumed to have been in the Stade Gerland to run the rule over Lille's Belgian midfielder Eden Hazard and was spotted failing to stifle a yawn by TV cameras shortly after Lisandro L√≥pez put the home side 2-0 up six minutes before the interval. "Maybe he's tired," mused Hazard, who has also been linked with Chelsea, Arsenal, Real Madrid and Barcelona, but confessed to not having been aware of Ferguson's presence at the match upon being told the football luminary was in the crowd.
